Nowadays a lot of people are working from home. We have received many requests from people to have technical support at their place because it is more convenient. We are thrilled to announce that we can offer that to you for free and without any charge. Also, this is on top of our remote assistance. Certain conditions and restrictions applied as follow.
We are a growing company located in British Columbia. Right now with our current team we can cover Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam and Coquitlam.
Based on our policy, if we send a technician free of charge and he/she was able to diagnose the problem, then you change your mind for any reason then we will charge you for technician’s commute and diagnosis.
Based on our policy, if you have changed your mind or forgot about an emergency appointment, no worries you just need to inform us prior our technician departure from office. Otherwise we will charge you for the technician’s commute. Normally we call our customers before sending a technician for confirmation.
